President
Angela Kirkendall
Hello, my name is Angela Kirkendall. When my oldest daughter began playing soccer for CLSC in 2014, I quickly grew to love the game and culture of soccer. My younger two daughters followed in big sister’s steps and found their love for soccer. I wanted to help and give back to the community and found myself apart of the board in 2019. Since then, I have had the honor to serve in many roles. My goal for our club is to have a place for children and adults to grow their love for soccer in a safe and fun environment while taking opportunity when presented to enhance the club as a whole.
2nd Vice President
Kaitlyn Birkhead
My name is Kaitlyn, though many people know me as Kat. I currently serve as VP 2 on our board. In Fall 2022, I moved back to Claremore, where I grew up, and reconnected with the club that has been such an important part of my life.
This club has been a part of my journey in nearly every role imaginable. I played here as a kid, refereed here as a youth, and now continue to referee as an adult. I also have the privilege of coaching my son and playing in the adult league. Years ago, I never would have imagined that I would one day be giving back to the same club that helped shape so many of my own experiences.
With my strong background in officiating, I have been passionate about serving our players as a referee and helping train and mentor younger referees as they develop their skills. I believe that quality referees play a vital role in creating a positive experience for athletes by keeping them safe, teaching and enforcing the rules fairly, and fostering a lifelong love of the game.
I care deeply about this club and the community it serves. My connection to it runs deep, and I would be honored to continue serving our club while helping create and expand opportunities for our kids to play, grow, and enjoy the game they love.

Head Referee
Bob Hamilton
My name is Bob Hamilton and I am currently running for the Head Referee for Claremore Soccer Club.
Let me start with that I am a US Army Veteran where I served many years as a Combat Medic. I have been involved with various Soccer programs for over 20 years from New Mexico, Texas, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Kentucky and Indiana. These were roles as either a Coach, Referee, Referee Assignor, Referee Instructor, and even owned my own Adult Soccer Program for a couple of years in Western Oklahoma. I am also a High School Soccer Referee.
I enjoy the sport of Soccer and enjoy watching and helping it grow. I have recently moved to Claremore, OK and am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise of the sport with others. I am currently a licensed USSF Soccer Referee. I have been involved in Adult Soccer for the past 10 years in Lawton, Clinton, Weatherford, Altus, and Elk City OK. I owned an Adult Sports Program called Western Oklahoma Sports Club where we had several seasons of Outdoor Soccer and Futsal for the past few years. We had over 120 players playing in the Outdoor League and over 60 players for Futsal.
While I may be new to the area, I believe that “new blood” to any organization can always contribute and help them grow. New ideas should always be welcome. I have a strong desire to see younger referees grow and develop in the referee program and would like to become part of a solution that sees referees continue to be successful and keep up the retainment rate of all referees statewide.
Please vote for me for Head Referee and let me help make your Club even more successful as it is. You have an outstanding program here and I would like to be part of it.
Thank you
Bob
Clark Stout
Hi, my name Clark Stout, and I am the current Head Referee for Claremore Soccer Club.
I have been the Head Referee for the last two years, and I am currently seeking your vote for reelection.
I have worked for a multitude of different clubs around Northeast Oklahoma, but the Claremore Soccer Club is where I started my referee career 16 years ago. Claremore has always been my home base, and I have enjoyed getting to step into a leadership role to help mentor and develop our referees. I take great pride in our referee crew that we have assembled to help further advance the Claremore Soccer Club.
If I am not at the Claremore Soccer Club refereeing or mentoring, you may find me helping run new referee trainings or traveling to officiate some of the top competitive youth leagues in county, such as ECNL and MLS Next. I also work many adult leagues from base level to Women’s Premiere Soccer League, National Premier Soccer League and collegiate soccer. I have been blessed with training from some of the top officials in the state and county. I have even traveled to Alabama to attend the Olympic Development Program, where current and retired Pro and FIFA referees spent a week training me.
I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills that will continue to develop our referees and our program.
I would greatly appreciate your vote to continue as your Head Referee, so that I may continue to grow the Club and sport we love.
Thank you,
Clark Stout
Competitive Liaison
Thor Campbell
I have served on the club board since 2023 as a Board Member at Large and am excited to run for the position of Competitive Liaison. I am actively involved on the competitive side of the club, currently coaching two Claremore Select competitive teams.
I bring 17 years of coaching experience at both the high school and youth soccer levels and hold a USSF D Coaching License. Prior to coaching, I spent 12 years refereeing youth soccer, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the game from multiple perspectives.
I am passionate about supporting players, coaches, and families while helping strengthen communication between the competitive program and the club board.
