Cancellation / Reschedule Procedure

The cutoff is 72 hours prior to your game time. Saturday 10:30am kickoff means Wednesday 10:30am is your cutoff for notification. This is in the club bylaws.

Cancellation Only

1. Contact the opposing coach and request cancellation.
2. Coach requesting cancellation must fill out the cancellation request
   In open/traveling leagues, the Claremore coach submits the form
3. Assignor will respond with confirmation of receipt.
4. A forfeit needs to be entered 3 to 0 in favor of the team that did not request to cancel

Cancellation with Reschedule request

1. Contact the opposing coach and request cancellation.
2.  The coach requesting the cancellation submits the canceled game form
   In open/traveling leagues, the Claremore coach submits the form
3.  Assignor will acknowledge receipt of the email.
4. A reschedule request form will also need to be submitted. After the agreement of new date and time is reached.
5. If time permits before 72 hour cut off, agree on 2 (two) dates and times to play the game.

Note: Confirmation of the new date and time may not be immediate.

Reschedule request

Contact the opposing coach and request rescheduling dates.
Both coaches must agree on the dates and times.
2. Coach requesting the reschedule Submit form to the assignor 72 hours before requested date/time.

2. Agree on 2 (two) dates and times to play the game.
3. In open/traveling leagues the Claremore coach submits the form.
4. Assignor will reschedule and confirm the accepted date.

Note: Confirmation of new date and time may not be immediate.

Full-day reschedule policy

In the event of all games being canceled due to weather or other events CLSC will follow the 8+4 reschedule method.

U12 and below games will be moved 8 days and 4 hours from the current schedule date and time.

IE:

Original game scheduled 9/10 @ 10:00 AM.

The new schedule date will be 9/18 @ 2:00 PM.

If you cannot make this work, then coordinate with the other team coach and pick alternate dates and follow the normal reschedule process.

 Policies

1. All cancellations must be received 72 hours before the game is scheduled to avoid paying referee fees.
2. The coach requesting a late notice cancellation is required to pay the referee fees prior to the game being rescheduled. Please let traveling away teams know of this.
3. Game reschedules must allow at least 72 hours for the scheduler to be able to assign referees.

Note:
Assignor will not take phone calls or texts for cancellations/reschedules. If a phone call or text is made, a form will need to be followed within the cancellation time period.

Find the coach of another team to cancel/reschedule:

1. Click on the schedule Page
2. Go to your division and click on the team you need
3. At the top of the page, click on View Team Contact Information
