Claremore Soccer Club Board of Directors has made the tough decision to not resume the spring season. This decision did not come lightly but with the uncertainty of the future of the governor’s plan to reopen the state we did not want to delay the decision any further. We are also taking in consideration the players safety of a shorted season with limited practice. With limited time to get back in shape before playing games the risk of player injury increases.
With teams practicing and some games played at the beginning of the season the club has incurred expenses for the spring season. Such as registration to OSA, Insurance for the players, and other general operating cost such as lawn care. CLSC board has eliminated all non-essential spending during this time. With the cost already incurred we are unable to issue full refunds for player registration.
CLSC will offer half off registration to be used for the Fall 2020 or Spring 2021 season. This half off discount will be honored to any player that payed full registration. Players who received a scholarship do not qualify.
There are 2 options for registration refunds:
Option 1. If you would like to receive a half off voucher code, please opt-in by May 31st. Please allow us some time to process the request. Once you have opted-in there is no need to contact CLSC staff unless you want to change and opt-out. All voucher codes will be created and emailed by June 30th.

Option 2. Donate your refund to the club. If this crisis has not severely impacted your finances or you want to make a difference for the club, you can make a difference by donating your refund to our organization. This will provide additional stability for our club in this uncertain time. Any members that do not request the refund by May 31st at midnight, will have their refund donated to the club.
For teams who would like to practice with social distancing requirements this summer or to prepare for a tournament, you may begin practicing at Claremore Soccer Club immediately.
